About Oxford Electrohit
In the late seventy's Oxford Electrohit came across Mineral Filled Tubular Sheathed Heating Elements manufacturing plant. It started the manufacturing activities beginning with simple heaters for the domestic as well as industrial heating applications like heating air, gas, water, space in addition to straight heating rods and heaters shaped/contoured to suit customers' specification/drawings for various industrial applications at modern workshop having all the manufacturing and testing facilities.
From 1988 onwards, the company has diversified its manufacturing activities from conventional applications to very specific and specialized industrial heating applications of very high skill and challenging type. Thus, the company has entered into a new venture, viz. manufacturing of heating elements/equipments with Thyristorised/Standard Control panels as per the requirements of customers. It includes the designing, manufacturing, testing, supplying, installing, commissioning with trial runs and achieving required process parameters. These are done as per the specifications on the shop-floor on actual machines, providing services/maintenance, parting training to the workers/engineers of the customers on total turn-key basis.

Quality Control
Each
and every heater is rigidly tested under supervision of highly
qualified and experienced engineers/supervisors on a well equipped
relevant test-bed as per customers' drawings/specifications and
the latest international standards, wherever applicable. However, the best quality
control is self-imposed stringent checks at every stage, which is a
practice on the shop floor of Oxford. Most of our products are tailor made as per the customers' drawings/specifications of core sectors/power industries,
and big OEMs who follow ISO standards.
